About Us.

Our Story.

Rooted in Secwépemc culture and guided by the values of sustainability and resilience, Splatsin Homes provides durable, healthy spaces for families, Elders, and communities to thrive.

Every build supports Indigenous employment and training, while delivering housing that outperforms conventional methods. By merging tradition with innovation, we ensure each home reflects the care, pride, and long-term vision of Indigenous-led development

Our Builds.

At Splatsin Homes, we understand that every household has different needs. That’s why we offer seven distinct home designs — each named after a tree and paired with its Secwépemc name — to provide a range of options from cozy one-bedroom layouts to spacious family homes.

All builds are designed to be durable, energy-efficient, and adaptable, giving families flexibility and comfort for years to come.
